Due to the recent increasing numbers of COVID-19 confirmed cases in some regions in China, the National Health Commission announced on 6th November that "Gathering Activities such as Exhibitions, Conferences/Forums should be held online instead where possible, to reduce risk of spread of epidemic caused by gatherings". In addition, according to the statement released by the Shanghai Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Working Group Office, Shanghai will further strengthen health management of personnel arriving at and returning to Shanghai.

The exhibitors, visitors, partners and staffs’ health and safety are always organizers’ top priority. In order to implement the further prevention measures on COVID-19, the organizers have decided to postpone WireShow 2021 which was scheduled from 25 to 27 November 2021 at Shanghai New International Expo Center after prudent consideration.

The organizers sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to exhibitors, visitors and partners. Currently, the organizers are actively coordinating and communicating with the relevant parties and will announce the further plan as soon as it is confirmed.

Meanwhile, the organizers would like to express gratitude to the relevant departments and industry counterparts for their support and understanding and will continue to spare no efforts on the preparation work to present a high quality and safe trade fair.

The clouds will disperse, and the industry will not stop developing. We look forward to meeting you soon.
